The Park Committees focus is on researching and
recommending to the club and board possible areas where Sertoma can help
develop or enhance our local park and green space facilities. We will
work closely with local units of government and other organizations
(schools, businesses, other clubs) to look for optimal solutions. As
projects emerge, the committee will help coordinate the initiatives. We
feel that the area has need of more parks and that our service
organization needs to get on board with the other clubs who are
